Love it but have one problem

I use this app daily and i love it, but whenever i am trying to install a new app or trying to open some programs the app stops working (stop sending any input to computer)and then i have to use my mouse to complete the process before getting back the control again. It is annoying to have to use mouse when i have this app. Please look after this issue. Again i love this but if you can solve my problem it would be perfect for me.
