Great except the layout.

I have been using this on my iPhone SE 2016 and has worked great and the company have fixed things over the years with the crashes now and again and the playlist not matching the official music app but now it does.

Biggest problem now is that for some odd reason and even though on the review video it seems correct, on the iPhone 12 Mini all the art work and titles are set above the top screen notch and you can’t read the titles. Hopefully they will fix this as I like everything else with the player compared to the Apple one.

WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!!

I tried the paid version. But after less than an hour I decided that I.M.O. this couldn’t do most of what it claims it can (at least the parts that interest me anyway). So I deleted it. But that was just the start of my problems. Once I deleted it (and I never asked for, or expected any kind of a refund) someone at the company took it apon themselves to hound me to such an extent that eventually I deleted my email address! They just would not accept that their product was not for me. No matter how much I asked them to leave me alone they constantly wrote back to me addressing every music and tech point I raised, quoting me back at myself, while they picked my criticisms apart like the very worst “I know tech, so I am better than other people” attitude having, basement dwelling loser. But all the while they just glossed over me begging them to leave me alone over, and over again. Just to be clear, this was NOT an automated response. Not unless this company’s customer service is a front for an A.I. trying to pass the Turin test anyway. If I was a lone female these people might actually be scary.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your review, that is a great pity for us that our product doesn't fit your needs and that you've had such a negative experience with our services.

We are working on improving our service every day, and we don't criticize people for not being tech-savvy, that is not the Way, but anyway we bring our apologies for such a confusion!

All the best to you!

Subscription rip-off

Update 2-Mar:
After getting a response from the developer I checked the app and saw that the subscription is now working. Guess it takes a while before it is applied. It’s working now, so two more stars. The basic app is good but I still don’t understand why an equalizer has to be paid for (and £45 a year for that feature is to expensive as i don’t need any of the other stuff coming with a subscription).

Initial review:
Just bought a monthly subscription to evaluate. The money is taken, Apple and Vox show the subscription as active but I can’t access the features. Feels like a scam. The player otherwise is ok, but why do I need a subscription to get an equaliser. Needless to say, subscription is cancelled.
