Kinetic Scroll allows you to scroll automatically the content on your screen by a simple swipe with two fingers, and the speed of scrolling will depend on the speed of swiping (Dynamic mode).
You can also jump to top or bottom of screen by swiping with three fingers.

This new feature will be added as a system-wide functionality so it can be used with all other apps, and can easily be activated or deactivated.
