This app speaks out the caller name without you having to attend the phone. It is completely hands free. All you have to do is configure the app once and then it works as soon as you receive a call. The caller must be in your contacts for the app to speak out the caller name, otherwise it speaks out as unknown caller.

This particular version does not have SMS speaking facility.
