Each compass operates in either magnetic or GPS mode and has plenty of tools for adjusting look and performance characteristics. In magnet mode, the magnetic declination for your location is automatically calculated to show the offset from True North. Or, show offset from magnetic north, like a real compass, if that is your preference.

All compasses are formatted to go full screen on all devices and operate in both portrait and landscape orientations.

NOTE: If the magnetic compass does not respond, it is probably because your device does not have a magnetic sensor. In that case, you should open the app settings and set Compass Control to GPS. In GPS mode, the compass will respond when you are walking outdoors or driving. It will not respond if you rotate the phone or spin around.
