After Install, open it then you can shake your phone to have a preview of the Wallpaper and set it on your screen, if shake doesn't work for your device you can click the launch button at the bottom.

For Android 2.3 and lower versions you need to press long on the phone screen, tap the live wallpaper section and choose 'Eid Live Wallpaper' to set it on your screen.
